Extensions of Safari on iOS disappeared (including the menu to manage extensions)

Happens both on my iPhone and iPad. IPad’s system is 16.5.1; iPhone’s is one version lower. Closing Safari then restarting doesn’t help either.

Also the UX design of the “subscribe” button on this page is confusing. Not sure which style means I’m subscribed to the topic

Hi there Andie0420,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities.

If you're missing extension in Safari on multiple devices, we suggest heading into Settings > Safari > Extensions on each device. Once there, make sure each extensions are enabled, and that the toggle to share across devices is enabled.

If that toggle is on and the issue continues, we would suggest restarting both the iPhone and the iPad. Restarting has a variety of benefits, and may resolve the issue with the extensions:

Don't hesitate to respond back if you still need help.

Cheers!
