Libby online audiobook reader for mac uses key commands that overlap mac key commands

Overdrive's Libby for Mac doubled up on common Mac key commands.

In the Libby reader screen, at least in Firefox, Cmd+any key or just holding the Cmd key for more than about half a second pops up a big white sheet that lists all Libby's key commands.

For example, to open Mac's quick open-app navigator bar to navigate from Libby, that also pops up Libby's big white sheet of key commands. Easily collapsed, but irritating.

Or, to open a new browser window when in Libby with Cmd+n you also get the big white pop up.

Can someone light a bug under the Overdrive/Libby programmers to correct this?

Mac mini, macOS 13.4

Yeah, true, but maybe someone in Apple will overhear and bug Libby?

I looked for ways to contact Apple about this, but only found links to tell them about bugs in their software. So either I missed (entirely possible), or they don't want to enforce this sort of thing.

So it is. Probly wasted my time, but thanks for responding. And politely.
