B. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

C. Close All Apps:

Safari is not responding. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up from the bottom-left corner, to the top-right corner. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for each app. Try this once more.

D. Restart the iPhone:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Shut Down
4. Slide: Your Finger to the Right
