iOS 17.1.1 safari app not opening on iPhone

For the last week safari hasn’t been opening at all, every time I open safari it kicks me out, and every time I click the window it still kicks me out and closes the window as well, ever since I updated my phone to iOS 17.1.1 this has been a reoccurring issue and I can’t seem to find anyone with the same issue
