Update Flaw Getting in the Way:
There is a flaw in a recent update; the update was pulled by Apple. So, give it a few days.
Updating the iOS:
As for the main version of iOS, you'd need to uninstall beta, if installed, inorder to reuse it. And, to uninstall it, you'd have to restore your iPhone to factory settings.
