ZSH: Permission denied. why is php not working?

recently purchased a an refurbished macbook from 2017, it's running ventura 13.2 (22D49) specs 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5


I'm trying to install PHP so I can create an Multi-Vendor eccomerce website with Magento (Adobe Commerce) it just wont let me open the files, I've tried Sudo and Chmod all to no avail, what's the issue with this computer?

You are paying a heavy dependency price by installing php via homebrew. I recommend you do the following to see that horrendous dependency tree that may incur daily updates:


brew deps --tree --installed php


and daily to keep your dependencies current:


brew outdated
brew upgrade
brew cleanup


Although I use homebrew (sparingly), I have not installed php and therefore, I don't know if on an Intel box, it installed the php binary in /usr/local/bin, or some other location that will not be automatically found in your PATH. If an unusual PATH location, then you will need to add it to the PATH invocation in ~/.zshrc to be found by the Zsh shell.
