Hello Jules_Pierre,


Please verify that the individual who bought the Apple Music plan has bought the Apple Music Family plan. If it is not a Family plan, you will need your own subscription to Apple Music.


Please read - Share Apple and App Store subscriptions with family members on iPhone - Apple Support.


Have the individual who bought Apple Music do the following:


  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap on Your Name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Toggle on Share with Family
