My MacBook Air model A1932. Error code 1008f, I removed the lock from my iCloud. And still trying to recovery.

OK. well sometimes related to this error:
are you attempting the download over wi-fi? when possible, you should perform macOS downloads with a wired ethernet connection. if this is not possible, (mac has no ethernet port) you should move the mac as close as possible to the router, and temporarily remove your other devices from the wi-fi. you need the most bandwidth going to the mac as you can get while downloading a macOS. I would trash the current macOS installer (if there is one) and start over.
then sorry, all I can suggest now is to Contact Apple for support and service

Yes I’m doing with wireless internet and I was close to the wifi. And kept and trying to recovery but I keep getting the same error code

I'm sorry, I neglected to remove that last line of that reply. you would need to be booted into the Mac as the installer (if there is one) would be in your applications folder.
