My phone has been stolen and I can’t activate find my phone because my account is locked

My iPhone 11pro has been stolen I can’t reactivate find my phone because I’m signed out of my apple I.d and they have locked my account I have put a suspension on the num associated.can anyone pls help me

Find My has to be activated before your phone is stolen. It cannot be done remotely. If you are using the beta iOS 17, then some features should be expected to not work correctly as there will be many updates as the beta progresses.
