Stolen iPhone bypassed passcode, changed Apple ID, and disabled Find My

I need urgent assistance with my stolen iPhone. My device was stolen, and the thief has somehow managed to bypass my passcode and security settings..It appears that the thief guessed my passcode and was able to bypass the screen lock. They accessed my device and changed my Apple ID details,I tried using the Find My app to locate or lock the iPhone, but it says the device cannot be found. It seems the thief has disabled Find My iPhone or logged me out of my account on that device…I want to permanently locked the stollen device so the person won’t be able to use it anymore

If they have removed the device from Find My there is nothing you can do. Some phone companies can blacklist devices but that has nothing to do with Apple.

Your other concern is your account and your "changed Apple ID details". Read this document if you think your Apple ID has been compromised. --> If you think your Apple Account has been compromised - Apple Support
