Bummer. It's gone. You will never see it again. They couldn't remove it from find my without your account credentials.
If you got a message regarding its location and used a link in the message to log in, you fell for a phishing message and gave them your credentials.

Its not possible for an individual by any other means than Find My. Contact your local law enforcement and your cellular service provider. Either may be able to assist.
