Cannot turn off managed lost mode with Apple business essentials
Our small company uses Apple Business Essentials. One of our iPhones required us to place it into Managed Lost Mode in order to find it. We recovered the phone and turned off lost mode through Business Essentials so we can continue using it. We have the following message but no matter what we try, the phone stays in lost mode.
What task exactly qualifies as a check in? We have shut-down and restarted the phone many times over, and still nothing.
