Exclusion of Apps for iOS 16.5.1 not working

I have enabled Lockdown Mode for iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11" 3rd Gen. Opened a few Apps (Zoom, Gmail, etc) and received the "Lockdown Mode is Turned On For "Zoom" Certain experiences and features may not function as expected. You can turn off Lockdown Mode for this app in Settings." message.

Which should then allow you to go Settings | Privacy and Security | Lockdown Mode | Configure Web Browsing and then select the Zoom app and disable Lockdown Mode for that app. However, there are NO apps showing up in this menu when I visit the setting after receiving the message. I have rebooted the phone several times.

The ability to exclude apps from Lockdown Mode is broken. I have confirmed this on both an iPad Pro and iPhone 14 pro max on iOS 16.5.1.

Please advise.
