Keyboard not working on app store only half the keyboard shows up in the middle of the screen

Try this -> Go to Settings -> Greneral -> Keyboard -> Turn OFF One-handed Keyboard.

Is Zoom is ON?

Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.

Try to -> Force restart iPhone -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
