We understand you aren't able to see QR code attachments in your email. Have you noticed similar issues with any other attachments in email? Do you see any specific error messages?
There are some steps you can take when email attachments aren't loading properly:
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update to install any iOS updates. If you have any updates available, be sure to back up first: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Restart your iPhone
- Test loading the email with the QR code while connected to a different Wi-Fi network.
- Test loading the email with the QR code while using a cellular data connection.
- You may need to tap "Load Content" if the remote content can't load: If you see 'Unable to load remote content privately' at the top of an email
If those steps don't help, reply back with further specifics about the issue. Take note of any specific error message you see, or what happens when you tap on the mail message or the QR code attachment.
