Unable to install stock Apple apps on iPhone

I setup my new iPhone14 using the backup from my iPhone 12 Pro Max . For some reason all Apple app like Contacts, Notes, Reminders, Calendar, Watch, Shortcuts etc. is not able to install. All other apps was successfully installed and its up and running. The Apple app icon is showing waiting and when you tap it will bring up a message "Unable to install please try again later". I did try several solutions I saw in the internet but it didn't help. I think if I will do a full reset and will setup without using any backup it will fix the issue. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there had experience this type of issue? and what is the solution.

I’m having a hard time installing apps on my iPhone. It’s a message popping up saying unable to install app due to a billing problem with a family members recent purchase.

I am happy to hear the issue had been resolved for some, unfortunately for me none of the solutions posted here have worked. After trying a million other things I called Apple Support, the rep initially was "clueless" as to why it was happening, after I asked more questions she did confirm my payment method, the same I have been using for years, could not be added to my account anymore. Again, no specific response as to why not. She kept insisting I needed to add another card number which I insisted I did not want to do that/have no reason to do that/apple was not that important in my life to now have to get out of my way to accommodate them. She gave up and told me the only other way was to buy a Gift Card ( Apple, Visa, MC, etc) and to add it to my account. 🤷‍♀️

If you’re unable to install iPhone default apps, go to; Settings>mobile data>Enable mobile data and then scroll down as u look for “MOBILE DATA” statistics and select App Store>and if it’s off, select WLAN and Mobile Data.

After enabling that setting, your iPhone default apps will be able to install automatically so long as u hv a data bundle activated.
