Hi all,

When I select one of my sim cards I get this message:

”Mobile Plan No Longer Available

Do you want to update the contacts that were using this line to use your Primary line?

Can someone please explain what ”contacts using your line” means more specificly?

Hi there actualnobody,

We see you have an error relating to your Dual SIM setup. There are steps in this article that could help: If Dual SIM with eSIM isn't working on your iPhone

If you don't see your nano-SIM card plan

Make sure that your nano-SIM card is seated properly in the SIM tray:
1. Remove the SIM tray and inspect the SIM cards for signs of damage or corrosion.
2. Remove your SIM card from the SIM tray, then put the SIM card back.
3. Make sure that you close the SIM tray completely, so that it isn’t loose.
4. Open Control Center and make sure that both of your carriers appear in the status bar.
If the nano-SIM card doesn't work, if it doesn't fit or is bent, or if you see "Card is not compatible with LTE" on your iPhone, contact your carrier for a new nano-SIM card.

If you recently removed a line, whether it was an eSIM or physical SIM card, you will want to update your contacts to make sure they are set for the line you still have active. That is most likely what that message is referring to. Here are steps to update your contact information to your preferred line: Edit contacts on iPhone
