Ukraine telephone numbers consist of two digit area code followed by seven digit telephone number.
If you are asking about applying for an Apply credit card, then please know that you must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that's not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address. That is why it won’t accept your 12 digit phone number.
