Hello, iphone 12 pro max 3.5mm adapter

Hello,

recently i've been plugging my iphone 12 pro max to the car stero using the 3.5 mm to lightening adapter (original).

However, the sound isn't loud at all even when my car stereo is maxed out.

My friend owns an iphone XR, and when he plugs it on the same car stereo with the same aux cord and the same adapter the sound quality is insane and loud , very loud.

i've tried updating my 12 Pro Max i've tried all the advice i could find, accessibility, headphone safety , etc.

Nothing seems to be working.

it is the same thing with my gaming headset , it lacks bass and volume.

Can Apple make an update to be able to restore the full capacity of my iphone 12 pro max as i think a flagship should be able to give the same quality as a budget phone.
