I have recently changed my Apple ID region to South Korea (since I am located here) and now every time I want to download an album or playlist I get this notification "This Apple ID is only valid for use in the Korean Store"
When I google this problem, I only get very old posts.
Check that Region is set to Korea in Settings > General > Language & Region.
+1 @picas and additionally, be aware that changing regions requires canceling existing subscription and starting afresh complete with new billing address and local payment info.
Try logging out of the App Store and re-logging after 5 minutes.

Actually, you cannot change region while having active subscription. I cancelled all subscriptions (including Apple Music and waited when it finishes), changed country, billing address and payment method!
So everything is changed, but I still get this messaage
