Why can't I sign in iCloud on my Apple TV it is taking a long time?

Please don't say its my network connection or to reset my Apple TV. My network works just fine and I have did a complete reset 3 times!

Did you unplug the AppleTV from its power source for 2-3 minutes? While you are at it it would be wise to unplug your modem and router for 2-3 minutes too and ensure all devices are completely up to date.
