faulty mophie 3 in 1 travel charger

My mophie 3 in 1 travel charger bought in Jan 2023 has not been working since end June. Visited Apple Store and was told they don't have after sales service for 3rd party product. Contacted Zagg via email but response was not only slow but useless as Zagg is aware of the issue with no solution. I was not able to register my product as my region was not even in the drop down. Apple should work with Zagg to allow refund or replacement to other travel charger as the product is endorsed by Apple. It is indeed a terrible experience with no help rendered by Apple.
