Hello Lanlo,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We'd like to help you with your earphones. We noticed that you're already coming from the following resource here: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

That's a great resource to review for possible wireless interference. If those steps didn't help you, we can recommend a few more steps. Follow the steps below:

1.) Test a different pair of Bluetooth earphones. This can help isolate if the issue is only occurring with one specific pair of headphones.

2.) Make sure your earphones are fully updated on their firmware. This can sometimes help resolve related issues.

3.) Unpair and re-pair your earphones.

4.) Try restarting your Mac to help refresh things.Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support

5.) Test this issue in safe mode. This step can help isolate possible software related issues: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Apple silicon
1.) Shut down your Mac.
2.) Turn on your Mac and continue to press and hold the power button until you see the startup options window.

4.) Log in to your Mac. You might be asked to log in again.

Depending on your results, follow the steps under “If the issue continues in safe mode” or “If the issue doesn't continue in safe mode”.
