Bluetooth connection problem

So discovered recently at the gym and around the house, that Bluetooth connectivity is very broken. Brand new Bose headphones and I get choppy reception to the music and true of the new speakers I just received. Seems all my Bluetooth devices connected to my phone are choppy, cutting in and out all the time. Anyone else?
