What was the fix? could not find any explanation nor link? only small info about going to settings and deleting some icon?
Go Safari >> Setting >> Websites >> Notification.
Remove the website that is listed there
Also, Safari >> Setting >> Websites >> Pop-up Windows
Change the web site to Blocked
