On both my iPad and iPhone I am being asked to log into my Apple ID. When I do so using the correct details I get an error message “end to end encrypted data” I have already tired to log out my Apple account and have reset my phone.???
MY ACCOUNT HAD THIS ISSUE FOR MONTHS... SOME OF THE APP ON MY PHONE WERE ASSOCIATED WITH MY OLD APPLE ID. THIS WOULD BECOME APPARENT WHEN THE APPS NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. ONCE I DELETED AND REINSTALLED ALL THE APPS WITH MY NEW APPLE ID THEN THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED.
