How to resolve errors after resetting password on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

Some iCloud Data Isn't Syncing Your end-to-end encrypted data stored in iCloud can't be accessed on this device. It includes saved passwords and data from Health and Maps. Verify your account information to resume Syncing on iPhone 15 pro max. I reset my iCloud password and now the above is reflected in settings. How do I clear this?

This sounds like the issue I had after updating passwords and passcodes on all my devices and appleid.

They were getting old.

I have stolen device protection enabled. There is a safety net of 30 days to use the old one, in case you forget.

The issue seems to be the sync is using the old codes, I think to unlock files.

I seemed to have solved it by going through the "resume data syncing" prompts

you'll need your appleid password and enter the OLD code for the device it asks for.

I had to do this several times on all the devices that were complaining.

All seem happy now.

Hope this helps. ymmv

Seems you need to "Verify your account information to resume Syncing on iPhone 15 pro max".

If it was the Apple Account password that you reset : iCloud is only one feature of your Apple Account.

Your Apple Account is the one account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.

Check you are signed in to your iPhone with your correct Apple Account details:

Sign in to your Apple Account on the web or in your device settings - Apple Support

________

If needed: You could also try logging in to your online Apple Account: https://account.apple.com/

And check what details, if any, need updating there.

____

Note: It can take 24 hours for the update to take effect everywhere it is in use

or

restarting your iPhone may assist in updating the settings
