I made a purchase in Texas on march 26 using Apple Pay, and on April 2nd the merchant refunded my money after returning the item, he did the refund through Apple Pay too,the problem is that the refund was sent to the Apple Pay card which I only know the last 4 digits and not to my physical card, and the bank said they cannot find the transaction, it`s been over 3 months now and I couldn't get my money back.please help me even with information .
I can’t tell from the screen shot entirely what the merchant did, but it sounds like it went to the wrong card/account.
