All of a sudden while watching videos, my i phone 14 pro max's screen gets green whole and stops showing anything. I have tried forced restart. Nothing happened. I am from Bangladesh, where can i go?

No. You will have to physically take it back to the country where it was originally sold or send it to someone you know there to take it in for service.
That’s the big downside of purchasing an iphone in a country other than your own.
It should be under warranty. Keep in mind that the warranty will most likely only be available in the country where the device was originally sold.
