My 7th gen iPod turns on but can’t get an volume
I can’t get and sound on my 7th gen ipod

- Is the iPod playing music? Can you see the time bar moving?
- Is the volume turned up?
- Did you have a set of headphones that broke off while plugged into your iPod? If so, check to see whether the headphone socket has the remains of the plug in the socket. If the remains of a plug is in the socket, that will be the cause of the issue. You will need to remove that broken off plug from the socket
