homekit and homepod

Just finally installed my apple HomePod after a few issues.

i believe it’s now working as my hub.

my question is on my iPhone my HomeKit looks exactly as it should.

why is it that I have the same Apple ID on my iPad , should the HomeKit app on my iPad look the same as my iPhone?

if that is correct how do I get it to look the same.

If you are concerned about HomeKit on your iPad, follow these steps to make sure it is set up correctly:

"Set up iPad as a home hub

Tap Settings > [your name] and make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the Apple ID that you used to set up your HomeKit and Matter accessories in the Home app.
Tap iCloud, then scroll down and check that Home is turned on under Apps Using iCloud.
Tap Settings > Home and turn on Use this iPad as a Home Hub." Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub
