Why isn’t my Apple Watch Ultra not accepting my passcode?
I’ve reset my watch previously for the same reason. I just reset it again and decided to not have a passcode because of it. I’ve tried all the tricks but nothing works!

Erase the Watch completely. Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete these steps. (select the watch OS version) Erase Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
When pairing do not try to restore the backup, pair as a New Watch Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)
Your Workout settings will remain, you will have to add back faces and some preferences.
Do not use an Watch without passcode.
