iPhoneSE lost camera app from home screen. App does not appear in App Library! Help

Checking in the App Library first is a great step to take. Apps can be moved from there to the Home Screen or any other page, as explained here: Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support. If it were there, the Camera app should be found in a folder called Photo & Video or something similar.

You can also try searching for the Camera app using the Search feature on your iPhone: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

In addition, check to make sure that the Camera app has not been disabled by Screen Time. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps.
