I have the newest ios 26 and my camera control button, doesn’t work, because i can not choose the camera app in the settings. I can only choose instagram, snapchat, magnifier and code scanner. Restarting my phone didn’t help, turning it on and off didn’t work. Any help?

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/Allowed Apps and Features and make sure Camera is enabled. If it is, turn it off, then on.

Being a teen is not a cause to restrict the camera. If it was TikTok and Insta would go out of business😏
That didn’t help unfortunately:( I selected teen when I was setting my iphone, but I didn’t sign up to any family or anything. Would reset all settings help? Or is there anything else i can do? Thank you for your response
The camera works when i open it through the app or by swapping left on lock screen, even the button works for apple intelligence when holding. But that doesn’t matter i guess. Should I go to apple store to get a new phone? Thank you very much for all of your help.

I don’t think so. Only if it would be set by default. I have only my personal email. No management. No one else except me touch my phone and it is my first one. New apple ID new everything.
It is not set by default; the only other possibility is that the camera is broken.
