Apple doesn't seem to be reading the comments in refund appeals.

So I wanted to try this app called OSlink because there was a 3 days trial and so I gave it a go. The only problem is that the app subscription never appeared in the subscription menu and so I was never able to opt out the free trial period and I was charged one year subscription. I submitted a refund request and it was denied and so I appealed the decision with details about my issue and said that I had screenshot proving that its actually an issue that I couldn't fix myself and the appeal was denied just a few minutes after requesting it . If it had been just a few buks then I wouldn't make such a fuss about it but its 169$ and this is not something I can afford to just burn into an app that I won't be even using because after testing the app , it was not working for my use case scenario .

I have been an apple customer since the first iPod classic and this is the first time I do something such as complaining on the apple website but this is just outrageous and blatant disrespect to their customer.

It is highly unlikely the people you want to read this will read it here on this forum which is a user to user interface. I suggest you contact Apple and try to get the issue elevated to somebody with whom you can talk about this.

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
