My iPhone contacts is not picking up my iCloud stored contacts. Why?
My iPhone not showing all my contacts that are save to iCloud. Why? When I look at my contacts it only shows some of them. It use to show all of them.

Hello RoseFairy,
Have you removed any email accounts from the iPhone around the time that you started noticing the contacts were missing? If so, the missing contacts may have been linked to that email account.
Similarly, try checking in Settings > Contacts > Accounts, and see if the ones here have contacts turned on.
Within the Contacts app itself be sure to check in the Groups section to see if any locations have been deselected here. If so, try enabling them again to see if that's helped out.
