iPhones cpu is always at a high temperature

My iphone 13s cpu area is always hot not just while using but even while it fully shut down or when not in use,

the phone drains battery even while its fully shutdown, and goes from 100 to 0 overnight (both while turned off or shutdown )

please tell me if this is a software issue or a hardware issue,

really hope its not a hardware issue, i just recently bought the phone and never damaged it, for it to have a hardware damage this soon would be disappointing.
