Video in photos

I don’t use my Mac in a very long time and I wanted to watch some old videos but when I press it show me an ! In the bottom right and say that photos cannot play this video because it uses an unsupported format and then I click again and it say an error ocurre while downloading a larger version. I think I erase this video from my phone and I have I cloud photos but it’s still on my Mac is it posible to watch it again?

Hello Benjiech,


If you deleted the video from your iPhone, it also deleted from iCloud. That's the reason your Mac can't find it to play, and you get the exclamation point ! error.


If it's in your Recently Deleted folder, you can restore it, otherwise, sorry, it's gone.
