I have tried to get my left AirPod replaced following the AirPods Pro Service Program but the local reseller and Apple Store in Botswana won't assist me. They are both saying they are not authorize to replace the AirPod since it's out of warranty. I bought them early 2021, and they only started having the sound issue last year (after the 1 year warranty had elapsed anyway). Can someone advise me what I can do?
