iPhone screen unresponsive force restart not working

Hey There!

So this am I woke up to my phone saying I needed to sign into my Apple ID I did so but after it asked me to do it multiple times some icons weren’t showing on my phone. So I restarted it, now the Touch Screen is completely unresponsive can’t move it at all! I’ve tired the iPhone restart trick (iPhone 11 btw) and I’m not getting the Apple logo like support says. I’m getting my password screen which I cannot use cause the Touchscreen isn’t responding. Need Help pls!
