How to enable Tracking on Apple ID despite age?

I tried this and had the same results. As long as I'm logged out, no problem, I can turn it on. But the second I log back in, nope. They caused the problem, they can fix it!!!

I tried signing out. It showed everything just the way it was before it glitched. Signed back in to Apple ID and it stayed correct for just a minute or two before going back to the same crap.

I called Apple, they made me reset all my settings, deactivate geolocation tracking in the event of loss, the update... Nothing helped, and now the center is closed. I end up on this thread, and I know now that I only have to wait for them to fix it, no need to call again and again and lose more time on putting everything back after all the resets... Hope they find a solution soon !!

I’m having the exact same problem. It happened overnight. It won’t allow me to play certain games without the tracking option allowed. My birthday is entered correctly. There is no reason for this to have changed overnight.

Add me to the list! It happened this afternoon at some point because i earned Fetch points playing games earlier today and then all of a sudden it said the app wasn't tracking. I signed out if my apple id, rebooted and then signed back in…nothing. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with apple support and even they couldn't figure it out. She said that it’s being investigated and to keep checking updates for a fix. Very annoying.

On one hand, I’m so relieved to find out that it’s not only my phone but on the other hand it’s extremely frustrating to wait for Apple to fix it. How long!!??

For the iPhone, I had to change my sim to esim and now because of that I can’t use ordinary android phone for the time being while this tracking thing gets fixed. Huh!

A little while ago, LD150 noted that they still didn't see it. They are in Europe. It seems to be taking a while to percolate across all the servers.

I'm 52. My birthdate is correct and suddenly as of yesterday same problem. I only need it for a game I play on multiple devices but it's annoying that Apple can just take rights away. This is why I only own I apple device.

It is an Apple server side error; it will be corrected if it hasn’t already. If it is still blocked as of tomorrow go to Settings/[your name]/Media and Purchases and sign out, restart your iPhone, and sign back in.

my grandson had me pay for a prodigy game and now I can’t get into my games as he’s only 11 and settings won’t let me change

Same thing here on two different homes in my household. Searched every way to fix. Trying to play these games, I guess. But nothing fixes the problem. The allow tracking is totally disabled.

Yes, We are having the same issues here with the tracking. I have it on both my Iphone and my Ipad even after updating the IOS software today:(((((( Please fix the issue.
