The regular iPhone 13 camera can zoom to 0.5x and 1x optically. No 5x optical zoom option exists on an iPhone 13.
The iPhone 13 Pro camera can zoom, to 0.5x, 1x, and 3x optical zoom levels. Again no 5x zoom option.
The regular iPhone 13 can go put o 5x digital zoom but can cause image quality loss.
The iPhone 13 Pro can go to 15x digital zoom, again some image quality loss may occur at higher zoom levels.
