Hello nfabbs,
I want to make sure I'm understanding this properly, are you trying to use Daily Cash to pay off your Apple Card statement balance?
Pay with Apple Cash or a different bank account
You can use your Apple Cash balance to make an immediate one-time payment. If the balance of your Apple Cash account is less than the amount of your payment, the remaining balance is paid from your default bank account.
You can also choose a different bank account to pay your Apple Card balance:
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
- Tap Pay.
- Choose a payment amount and tap the Pay [amount] button.
- Tap your bank account, then choose a different bank account.
- Tap the Back button and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to make a payment.
All cash back earned from your Apple Card will automatically go to your Apple Cash Card. If you have the Savings Account, it should deposit there if you have set it up to do so. To control where Daily Cash goes
- Open Wallet
- Tap Apple Card
- Tap More (three dots in the upper right)
- Tap Daily Cash
Under Daily Cash Election, choose either Apple Cash or Savings. Apple Cash will go to your Apple Cash Card, Savings will go to the Savings Account and earn interest.
