My iPhone 11 froze up. I still get the time on it but nothing else it has my usernames and passwords in there and I can’t get them out and put them in the new phone. Any suggestions?

Do you have a recent backup of the iPhone 11 that was made.....before.....the phone had the problems?
Have you tried a Forced Restart on the iPhone 11? If not, it's worth a try.
Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.

There are only 2 possible results when you perform a Forced Restart:
1) The phone returns to normal operation
or
2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store (make an appointment) or at an authorized Apple Service shop

We'll ask the question another way. Do you remember setting up automatic backups using iCloud? If you don't, you probably don't have any backups.
This is kind of like driving your car without fastening your seatbelt. You might be OK....until you really need it....but by then when you do really need it, it's already too late.

I have automatic updates on the phone, but it never does update I have to do it manually.
how do you get your username and passwords out of a dead phone into your new phone? The screen froze up still has the time is right, but nothing else works.
