I got me a new phone and gave my daughter my old one. When I signed out if my Apple ID and signed her into hers my apps,notes, pictures, etc. were still showing on the phone even though I was no longer signed in on that phone.
She is signed into her Apple ID but still has my stuff.. can anyone help? Thx

Then you have to remove the iPhone from your account, see this Apple article:

Then your daughter can sign in with her own Apple ID.

Thank you that helped. I removed the device from my apple and it took everything off except my contacts and my photos.

Yes all my stuff is in my new phone. My phots and contacts are still on my old phone after logging out of apple and removing that device.
Your Contacts and Photos should be on your new iPhone, if you're using the same Apple ID, check that out.
