why is my daughters new ipad showing as my ipad?
we both have different iCloud accounts and I have removed her from my Family Sharing.
Even though she logged in to her new iPad with her iCloud account, it states that it’s my iPad!? How do we remove all my stuff from her new iPad?

I’m going to assume somebody went through the setup, then tried to transfer it.
Factory reset the iPad, probably skipping the backup if it’s not been particularly used yet:

Once the initial setup has been performed, re-add the Apple Account to Family Sharing.
