Apple TV error

I just bought an Apple TV family subscription. I have all the movies playing, but another person got a mistake, what should I do?

Subscriptions on Apple TV + says can't be loaded Apple tv+ when l try to load my subscriptions a message comes up saying "subscriptions can't be loaded. Try again later" this has been happening for 2 days?
