The eSim QR code is provided by your cellular service provider to set up an eSim.

You need to get the QR code from your cellular carrier.
I don’t know how to get that can you put me true?
Contact your cellular carrier. The company you pay for cellular service. We have no idea who that is.
Look at your bill.
You must contact your service provider and request the QR code. We cannot put you through, as only you know who your service provider is and can contact them.
At the IVR system prompt, say "eSIM QR code."
