Apple App Store opens but screen is blank, cannot view anything. Cannot even search for the App Store app to re-download it. HELP!

I am using MacOS 10.13.6 on my MacBook Air and the Apple App Store opens but the screen is blank, and I cannot view anything. I cannot even search for the App Store app to re-download it. HELP!

Installing Apps On Mac Never Finishes Hello, I have been having this issue for some time on my Macbook (Pro, 2021, 14 inch, m1 pro chip). When I start installing an app from the App Store, it first starts normally, but even after 1-2 days it still looks like its installing. The progress bar says 175.9mb of 175.9mb is complete. I have tried to restart my mac but it doesn't let me restart because there is an app install in progress. It looks like I need to restart the mac to solve this but since it still looks like the install is in progress, it doesn't let me restart (I had this issue both while using MacOS Ventura and now Sonoma). How do I solve this? Can anyone help?
