So apple disbaled my account from iTunes and iCloud however I contacted apple support about it and they fixed it however what they couldn’t fix was that my payment method (my specific card) is blocked permanently on apple. Is there a way to reverse this? I want to send the money back to apple that they gave me but idk how and I think that’s why they blacklisted me
